Hi! I’m Mike. I am Swiss-Italian by birth and grew up throughout Europe during my youth. Wine was always part of the household growing up – around the dinner table, with friends and relatives, at celebrations.

Having buzzed around the booze business for a while, in 2019, I finally launched my import venture. VenturePlanet continues to seek out hard-to-find Italian wines and make them available to those in search of something different and unique.
